Rooper's expertise is in combining previous consulting engineering experience; specifying materials and workmanship and project managing multiple projects with actual hands-on experience of refurbishment and improvement projects . This is quite an unusual skill set and is an important requirement for the 'inspection', 'advisory' and 'quality check' roles. As such we are keen to hear from candidates who consider that they have that required expertise.  An integral part of an advisor's role is to utilise a three stage ladder as part of the inspection process and candidates would need to be self sufficient and competent in handling and climbing them.

Project Managing trades on behalf of clients requires a less specific skill set and therefore opens up possibilities for semi retired men and women or even returning mum's looking for part time work. If you have a professional attitude, are good with people and are highly organised then we would be delighted to hear from you.
